Iron Maiden, los clásicos y algo más

Corría el año 2001 cuando en mi insaciable búsqueda de grupos me entró la curiosidad de hacerme con algo de Iron Maiden.
Ya había oído alguna que otra cosa en garitos, pero nunca me había dado por prestarles demasiada atención. Yo que era de los que huían de los clásicos, pensando que si le gustaban a la mayoría de la gente era más por necesidad de sentirse aceptado que por tener una calidad verdadera.
Encontré una oferta curiosa y a capón me hice con 6 de los que me parecieron más recomendables, guiado por lo llamativo de sus portadas y ¡premio!
Acerté de plano, The number of the beast me era conocido de sobra por tanto comentario elogioso, Piece of mind posee una de esas portadas que sabes que traen detrás un gran disco.
Y así uno tras otro, guiado por mis sensaciones, instinto y algo de lo que recordaba de conversaciones con los colegas me hice con este botín.
Grandes canciones descubrí que hacían que mis nervios se pusieran a flor de piel de emoción y hoy espero que a todos los que no les conozcáis o sintieras curiosidad pero el presupuesto no da para más os pongáis a disfrutar de estos genios del metal.
